1. Jewelry Returns

  • Jewelry items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

2. General Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition, and include all tags.
  • Personalized or custom-made items are non-returnable unless there is a defect or craftsmanship error.

3. How to Initiate a Return

  • Include your order number, reason for return, and any relevant item details.

4. Return Authorization

  • Once approved, you’ll receive an RA number and instructions for returning your item(s).
  • Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of your package to ensure prompt processing.

5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or sent in error.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing insurance, as we are not liable for lost or damaged returns.
