1. Jewelry Returns
- Jewelry items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

2. General Return Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition, and include all tags.
- Personalized or custom-made items are non-returnable unless there is a defect or craftsmanship error.
3. How to Initiate a Return
- Email our customer service team at info@uniquelycrafted.com to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
- Include your order number, reason for return, and any relevant item details.
4. Return Authorization
- Once approved, you’ll receive an RA number and instructions for returning your item(s).
- Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of your package to ensure prompt processing.
5. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or sent in error.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing insurance, as we are not liable for lost or damaged returns.
6. Refunds
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method, excluding shipping charges.
- Once your return is received and inspected, please allow 7 business days for processing.
